Low profile electric tongue jack
Has anyone come across a low profile electric tongue jack? Most designs look like they were not created with clearance in mind. I am towing with a van that has a rear mounted spare and box. Right now, the manual jack just barely clears the top of the jack at max turning angle. I can't mount the spare any higher unfortunately.
I had an electric jack on my old trailer that really made things a lot easier, especially at the end of the day. Would like to replicate that!

Get a longer extended tow ball hitch or better yet, get a different tow vehicle.

I did this so that I could open my pickup tailgate without hitting the tongue jack. Work's great and have not noticed any negative impact on towing.
example - search for Reese 3214 hitch shank - 14 inch length
this is another option, but adds joints and hence "play": https://www.etrailer.com/search/extended+shank

I wouldn't have any issues going straight, it's when ever I am maneuvering the trailer in tighter spaces that I'll encounter issues (like backing into a narrow parking or storage space). The tongue jack is mounted quite a bit more forward than most trailers (enclosed Trailex) so this is the first time I've run into this issue.
Not switching to a different tow vehicle as it's a camper that I use for many other purposes (and is a nice place to sleep in at the track!).

I saw a trailer years ago where the tongue jack was mounted inside the trailer box... like in the cabinet.
Always liked that design, took minimal cabinet space, yet made for a very clean exterior.

I have one of these on my Haulmark. They are fast, powerful, and "lower" in profile. Not cheap but a really nice piece of kit.
