Default 205/75 R15 Trailer tires

Time to buy a new set of shoes for my open Featherlite trailer. Trailer currently has a set of Maxxis M8008 tires, tires have been great no issues probably have 20-25k miles on them. I'd buy another set of these unless there is something better.

I got good service from the Maxxis as well, but decided to go with Goodyear Endurance this time on my Featherlite. Made in USA. Of all of the research I did, the Maxxis and the GY Endurance seemed to have consistently good reviews.

Then I sold the trailer....

Goodyear Endurance 14"s on enclosed Trailex, going on year 4. Only issue was one initial tire had a sidewall bubble with the first 100 miles, didn't fail, got me back home. Tire Rack & Goodyear replaced it, had to cover shipping "one-way". Still happy with them and a tire made in the US. So far will go with Endurance again.

Used Maxxis 4 years with zero problems, but decided to replace with Goodyear Endurance. While 205 is the “proper” width for my open trailer, I went with 225, which allowed me to go from a D rating to an E. More load capacity than I need, but felt it gave an extra measure of reliability.
