Strapping tires to rack

Last pic is what I do. I also have a piece of 12G clad single strand copper wire as long as my rack. It is like house wiring found as home depot auto supply. I can thread the stiff wire through the wheel centers and bend it to grab the yellow strap and then pull the yellow strap through in about 10 seconds. Then bend the ends of the wire around the rack for storage. Copper wire has great memory... and I'm lazy and always in a hurry.
