Default Car thinks it has physical garage door buttons!

Trying to track down someone that has had this issue and gotten it resolved.
Hopped into a customer Taycan today to program their garage door,
Go through my normal steps but instead of hitting the "send signal" button that the car NORMALLY pops up with,
it states "press button number 1 twice to synchronize"
Normally you see this message on the new 24 Cayennes that have the new Homelink mirror installed.
I've seen this once before but the customer had it fixed at a different dealer (and my lovely memory doesn't let me remember his name)
Just want to see if anyone has the TSB or the fix performed to remedy the issue.
