My Porsche App and the Porsche web site on my computer have stopped displaying the correct state of charge and range. It has been stuck on these numbers for weeks. Everything else is displaying accurately. Any suggestions?
Did the car switch to Private mode? Can you connect to other areas of the car like remote unlock or sounding the horn? I recently started using my third party EVSE and can't see charging kW but I still get the accurate state of charge through the app.

Private mode is inactive. But I cannot connect to any areas of the car. Nothing works from the app. Will have to call Porsche Customer Service
