Default Taycan prices, CPA JD Question

Maybe a CPA /JD / Dealership rep on this forum has the answers… what is the profit motive for a used car lot (not dealership) to keep a certain car (with marginal price drops) on their lot for 136 + days? As in a Taycan I’ve been tracking.)

Dealerships turn a profit on service and new car orders, right? Usually they refresh their used car inventory regularly.

Thanks.
