So in the middle of summer with temps in the 90's the AC crapped out, I think? There are no messages to indicate there is a failure, but it only blows hot air. A 2020 model with only 3000 miles on it. Dealer cannot get us a loaner car for two weeks.

Has anybody had this issue?

if it is a simple problem like a leak they could be able to fix it quickly, try that before waiting 2 weeks

Wow, looks to be another two weeks in the shop on top of the month it has already spent in there for the software update debacle.
