It happened to me in the middle of a road trip. The PCM center display turned blank with nothing but the infinite loop. Looks like it was triggered when the system didn't get a GPS signal for an extended period and "timed out", e.g. covered parking structure. I tried locking / unlocking, shut down / restarting the car but to no avail. Finally, I came across this thread at the other forum and the two-finger trick saved the day.

How to reset PCM center display if touch is not working?




P.S. PCNA's tech support was absolutely useless. They just told me to take the car to the dealer LOL.
