What will happen if you leave it plugged in after 30 mins? Do you get charged at 30:00:01? I always pull the plug at 29 minutes just to be safe. Thanks.

it's unclear if you're charged at 29:59 or 30:59.01 - but you do get charged for the portion of the charge beyond the "30" minutes - but only the fraction of the charging session - also since EA typically charges by the kWh (not time) - and charge rate slows over time - by the time you're at the 30 minute mark the car's charge rate is normally pretty slow, meaning kWh's is pretty small…I've rarely been charged more than a few bucks for the portion beyond the "30" minute mark because it's so few kWh's…

I’ve kept it on for a couple mins and see a 10 or 15c charge.

You can keep it plugging in beyond 30 minutes, you'll get charged $.36 per Kw for every Kw you've gone over what the total charge was in your 30 minute session. I've been charged a few times for less than a $1.

because of the tapering after hitting 80% or so charge I rarely go over 30 minutes. one time I went to get some food and overstayed about 18 minutes, there was a small charge to me. since I was close to 100% there was minimal kwhs being taken by the car so the charge was small
