Interesting. My experience with the Ioniq 5 (which is my daily driver) has been pretty mixed. In cold winter conditions on the highway, the range gets crushed (I've seen as little as 270 km / 170 miles). In mild weather, on 80 km / h-ish roads, it can easily exceed the official range (I've seen 490 km / 300 miles, which is pretty good for a vehicle with a 77 kWh battery).
Both our old Taycan Turbo and current GTS ST comfortably exceed the official range in mild weather (280 - 300 miles is definitely achievable without hyper-mile driving techniques), and the hit to range from driving at highway speeds is much less.
