Advice needed please.
I bought my Taycan a few months ago, was a 20 Corporate car, (never sold) with approx 2800 miles. Dealer said I would get the tax credit, carpool lane stickers, etc.
I applied for the sticker about 40 days ago. Nothing. check not cashed.
Spoke to someone at a charging station and they said they applied twice and got the stickers the 2nd time.
I applied for the sticker about 10 days ago again, nothing.
Is Cali that inefficient or am I not qualified?
Anyone can help?
Thanks in advance.

I always hated the idea of those stickers on the paint. I always wondered if you could just drive in the HOV anyway and get a pass since the car is obviously electric.

I got mine in about 3 weeks.
Not for a Taycan, but for a Tucson PHEV.

California has more electric vehicles than any other state in the country. I am baffled why those of us driving EVs aren't able to get a special license plate that identifies us as being able to use the HOV lanes instead of having to deface our cars with those hideous stickers?!?! I would imagine this is something that could change if anyone in the CA state legislature spearheaded an effort to have the DMV offer EV plates?! Anyone know anyone with real power in the CA government? If so, please, reach out to them!

It’s automotive paint not cardboard. Even if the sticker leaves residue it’s easy to clean off, clay bar, cut/polish and wax again. Not a complicated process or anything to worry about, your paint is tougher than you think.

GOT MINE!!!
Gosh darn if that wasn't long enough!
I'll post photos soon. I had my friends shop cut high quality PPF and placed the stickers on top of that, then applied to the car.
