The Taycan front and rear tires are different sizes so no rotation is done. My front all season tires were worn out in 12K miles. Rears may get to 20K.

depends on model - my 2020 Turbo has different size front and rears

Interesting how your front tires wore out first. On all my cars with a staggered tire setup my rears always wore out first.
