Tire and software optimisation for suspension/traction etc. The Corsa are about the same as Pilot Sport Cup2. You wouldn't get much life out of Cup2R.

Tesla needs 1.6x as much hp to compete. Outside of 2.5s of launch control, the taycan is at 616hp. Sure, Tesla can come back with better tires and edge out a win. Their brakes and driving dynamics are still miserable and it doesn’t look like that’s going to change any time soon.

watch the videos of the 2 cars at pace. the tesla looks like a piece of **** to drive in anger. its clearly making pace on straights. i'd love to see a splits overlay...

Hmmmm, if I trailer one of my cars to the track I might see if I can do a few hot laps with the Taycan GTS at Buttonwillow and see what the piggy can do around the track.

it'll be fast, but piggy in the corners. there is a fast charger in town and BW has RV plugs :-) EV track day? hahaha
