I just got an email today from local Porsche sales guy. Said they just took In a 2020 4s with 4k miles. Although its very nicely optioned they are asking sticker or slightly over at 148k. I just ordered a 2023 GTS this week and will end up paying less with my 7500 tax incentive - 3 years newer, be spoke GTS model, more options , for less $

You did right. I would stay away from the 2020. Been there, done that. Just me. I know there are many, many satisfied 2020 owners.
There's going to be a glut of used 2020s, sooner than later. Owners are going to get tired of the niggly problems, that take weeks or months to fix.

Hope it comes in before the new EV credit plan is implemented. Purchase price cap and income cap for any tax credits moving forward. Taycan wouldnt qualify on price alone.
