How many here ordered their Taycan with the on-Board 150 kW/400V DC Charger?

you’ll want it for eventual compatibility with Tesla Superchargers…it’s a cheap option - check the box and don’t look back -move on nothing to see here.

I have it. Mine has the 19kw on board too which isn’t as useful and expensive. I wouldn’t have specd but dealer did. Ok if you have a 100a charge circuit.
