I’ll stand by this statement until further notice
which renders it effectively useless in that you can not plan a trip if you can’t plan to charge - you’ve got to give Tesla prop’s - they have a huge lead in this space - and their competition should be learning it’s more than just what locations are covered.
data from other EV sites and eTron sites in particular present an overwhelming conclusion that the EA sites have multiple problems, have multiple points of failure and shoddy maintenance - and Porsche farming this out to a 3rd party isn’t going to present a reliable infrastructure for their EV future…
if you are planning a trip with your non-Tesla EV - plug share and it’s recent status check-ins will be critical for your road tripping happiness.
Also I think porsche NA needs to be informed about the state of charging from their customer base- but I’m concerned the only feedback that will matter is if they have to start paying for flatbed tows when their customers arrive at a non-functional charging station.
my personal experience with non-Tesla fast charging infrastructure is that it’s quality is unreliable

Top it off with exorbitant fees for charging and my take is so far EA is an epic fail

you need a Porsche ap - charge America or something like that - you start the charging sessions with that app it's "free" (since you bought a Taycan) for 3 years.

For free charging you need to use the Porsche connect app, all electrify America apps work, if you want to pay

I also like the the European Type 2 plug and so does Tesla as they have adopted it in europe - it's easier to handle than the CCS/SAE plug- and is a combined AC/DC charging connector…I'd love to see this become standard in North America but I'm not holding my breath…

for what region - there is no adapter for CCS vehicles to use Tesla superchargers in North American - no adapter is required for Europe.
so I'm confused - please explain.
