Pointing out an obvious flaw is bashing?

Out of ~20 cars I’ve owned over the years the Tesla’s traction control is the worst calibrated (and coming from a US spec BMW M car that’s saying something). It’s also the only one that doesn’t have any way to defeat it. For a car with any sporting pretensions whatsoever, even a mid-range sedan, I consider that a massive flaw. And while yes the M3P has track mode it does not fully address my issues- I strongly suspect I’ll prefer Porsche’s take on stability control, calibration and the ability to defeat. That said I find the Taycan wanting in other areas, and if you look I think you’ll find I’m pretty equal opportunity with my criticism.
