New Taycan teaser

Nice video
thoughts on allocation.. here is my fake Scenario- lets say the turbo comes out first, and 20,000 taycans total are produced, how many turbos might be produced, each dealerships has an allotment, what other factors are involved being on a list vs traditional buying. I see posts where some have paid adm fees to get some cars sooner, is this a factor? Just curious of the process.

Hard to say how ADM's will play out. On a GT car, the process is now (sadly) predictable.
One thing about ADM's on this car, though, is it's not a limited production car. If you want one of the first ones, you may have to pay an ADM to jump the line. However if you wait, you will get an allocation at some point in time. Paying an ADM on a car that's not limited production is just completely throwing the money in the toilet. On a GT car you may get some or part of that back, or you may consider it part of the depreciation as the car can likely be sold at or close to MSRP after some time and mileage. But on a production car, you'll take the vehicle depreciation hit AND also lose all your ADM.
Is it worth it to you? I don't know your financial situation. I certainly can't afford to **** away $10-$25k just to jump the line. But I'm sure for others, that's chump change.
As for the product distribution, I would imagine that it would be SIMILAR to the 911 rollout, although a little different as they want to roll out the "Turbo" first. I can't imagine that it'll be the only one available at launch. I would think the Turbo and 4S will be available at launch with the regular Taycan following up in 6-9 months. But that's just a guess.
