I have no idea what’s going to happen to Tesla as a company, or Tesla’s stock for that matter. All I know is that driving one—for 10 minutes or a week—is pretty dang cool.

And more than that, the Tesla passed the test. It took me on a fantastic summer road trip and vacation. No small thing there.

Tesla re-thought what a car would be as an EV. The driving experience, the buying experience, the ownership experience, the servicing experience. Tesla certainly has set the bar for somethings while still lagging in others, but continues to improve.

Unless they got one before the price cuts, the MAX I could get a Model X Performance up to on the configurator yesterday was $130k. Still very expensive, but not $160k.

hmmmm - most I can get an X to is $111,990 (didn't pay for FSD @ $6,000)
