Default 987 Spyder What cover are you using?

Hello,
I'm taking delivery this weekend of a 2011 Spyder. The car does not have a factory cover. My understanding is that Porsche does not make the nice silver indoor covers anymore. I tried advertising on this forum for one, but no action. What cover are you guys using for indoors? Was there a specific cover just for the Spyder, or will any 987 Boxster cover work? I realize this is not a very important subject, but just wondering..Thanks for any info...Cheers Steve

I have used this: http://www.covercraft.com/cartlink/i...t&prod_id=ccff

Fits perfectly and does a good job protecting against the occasional rub/bump

Bought a Softweave car cover from California Car Cover for my incoming 981S. No fleece so won't leave lint on the convertible top. I had one for my 4S and it fit and protected beautifully. Highly recommended.

Thanks kindly for the input. Never considered the lint on the top from fleece. That's why we post!

The form fit will leave a small amount of lint. I went with black so it's not visible but I occasionally use a lint roller to keep the top looking new and lint free

Congrats on the car, you will love it.

Please share some pics when you can.

I just use a stretch boxter cover, fits nicely, spyder isn't that different that it won't fit.
