Default Can I add Bluetooth to my Spyder?

I think this question has been asked before but wanted to see if anyone has retrofitted the factory Bluetooth option to their Spyder? I know this was an option for 2011 and standard for 2012. How much was the install? DIY or dealer installed? Does it include audio streaming or just phone capabilities?

Mine was installed at the factory and is only capable of phone connectivity, no music streaming unfortunately. Have you checked with the dealer to see if it is something they can easily retrofit?

I called one dealer today and they said it's only possible with PCM (Nav) which I don't have. I still am a little skeptical of what they say because I think there must be some out there that had the Bluetooth option without Nav.

I don't have the Nav option and mine has bluetooth. Do you have the factory radio?

Yours has Bluetooth music streaming, or just bluetooth phone calls?

My Spyder doesn't have Bluetooth either. My dealer says it is not possible to add it. But, here is one possibility. The dealer told me that if anything breaks on the radio then Porsche replaces the entire radio. My dealer had a Spyder with a broken volume ****. Porsche replaced the entire radio. He offered to swap my radio with the radio with the broken **** and would have used the **** off of my radio. I never took the dealer up on his offer. Now I wish I had. You might ask your dealer to call you if he ever gets a radio that needs replacing.
