Did something stupid to my Spyder clutch
Got pissed off waiting in a crowded gas station parking lot (people cutting in front of me, etc.) a couple weeks back, and so in a moment of anger I goosed the motor before letting off the clutch pedal and could smell what appeared to be burnt clutch plate material when I got out of the car. Argh!
Now I'm feeling a slight buzz in the clutch pedal when I let the foot off and imagining (OCD emphasis on the word imagine) maybe an ever so slight drive train vibration at 55 mph in fourth gear. The buzz I'm pretty sure was there before. Not certain if the vibration is maybe not just an exhaust gurgle or road feel at that speed.
Anyway, this is what an OCD personality and a pending divorce will do to you. :-)
Did i screw the clutch?

gordon,
I highly doubt it. This isn't a Ferrari. The clutch and gear boxes are very hearty.
My guess is that it's the pending divorce (been there, and it sucks).
Enjoy the spyder.
