the op is opening himself up for future resale drama. so, he'll be paying for the dealer's dishonesty twice. the dealer also knows he has the upper hand. as with your busy life, going elsewhere will most likely, be a problem.

Clinton made the right decision not to buy the car with the swapped out seats. If you're going to spend that much money on a car why not get what you want?

That is so against Porsche North America Policy!!! If they sell a car "new", they have to sell it as the sticker states. They can add stuff, but not take stuff away! The car is not OEM anymore. I would walk away unless you get $10k off, or get the Sport Buckets installed back in AT NO COST.
What dealer is it?
IMHO Sport Buckets are a must on that car.
