Thanks for all the pictures and suggestions.
I love the red interior but my wife refers to it as the "rockstar" interior and now I can't get her comment out of my mind. The cocoa looks interesting and would definitely be different but if I was going to select that I would probably go for the cream white exterior and black wheels.
The dealer tells me that paint to sample is available but I'm not sure I believe him, I'll need to verify that.

The black/cocoa color combination is not a color combination I would normal think of putting together, but I've seen it on a Boxster and it looked great! I think there was a photo of it on one of the other Porsche forums.

I would have got the Aqua Blue but it is a rare colour for the dealer to order. When I was searching, there were not many of those around (and still not many now).

Lighting is pretty awful in this picture but you can see my other convertible, and it is a lovely blue colour. Mazda calls it Sapphire blue.

It's odd, I've never had a hard time choosing a color for a car. I usually see all the colors and know immediately which one I prefer. For some reason with the Spyder I really like several color combo's and deciding isn't easy.
The white with black wheels looks really nice too....

PTS- Yeah right! That dealer does not know anything. Make sure they know what they are talking about.
<-------This color if I could do PTS.

I have a black spyder with black interior. I originally had it ordered with red leather, but in my opinion, there is too much red. If the carpeting could have been ordered black, I would have gone for red leather.
