Question for those that have the sport buckets..... Is your passenger seat mounted higher than your drivers seat? Mine is which is why my seat rubs against the center console making a noise on rougher roads. Curious if it's a mistake or standard to be mounted higher. Let me know.

For some of us who need the driver seat a bit higher, I wonder if we can figure out what makes the passenger seat higher and order the part from the UK...

 

I've looked at both seats and can't figure out what makes the difference. I'm wondering if the floor area on the passenger side is higher? I've had seats like this in another car. The dealer had to remove the entire seats and rails from the car. Then the seats could be raised. Took about 1/2 hour. But I've looked at the Porsche seats and can't see where they could be raised even if the seats and rails came out of the car.

 

And I have done it.

Which dealer did you end up buying from?

I did receive your PM but I didn't want to send a response yet because that particular dealer has been unresponsive to my phone calls and visits and I'm a bit frustrated with them at the moment. Actually I visited the Boston Dealer today to determine if I can get what I want.
