There are a set of 18" 987.2 stock rims, in good condition for sale cheap near me. I was thinking of getting them and throwing a set of all season tires on them for the 6-8 weeks of cold weather we get in Maryland. Is there any reason they wouldn't fit? I really can't justify getting a nice set of 19" rims for just a couple of weeks, but these are only $400. 8x18 et57 and 9x18 et43.
Thank you

They will not only fit but will give you a better ride. I've run 18 inch wheels on my Cayman R for years. If you track the car you have better choices for tires in 18 inch sizing as well.
