Default Why is my interior 'funky' all of a sudden...??

Because I just installed a set of Pasha inserts from P1 Designs.... Love em!

I had heard many positive reviews of P1's quality and these didn't disappoint. They are probably better made than my original Alcantara inserts from Porsche.

What do you guys think?

Those look fantastic. What material do they make them out of? Is it velour like the original Pasha or something else?

Correct - VERY grippy velour just like the original Porsche material. P1 did a great job of matching the 'flow' of the pattern between the insert sections.

Love it. My former 928 (in my profile pic) had black/white Pasha. I’m definitely a fan of the look.

I don't typically prefer white cars with red interiors; just a personal preference. But, those inserts make such a difference for me. Me LIKEY!

It's funny that you say that...

I had never owned a white car and didn't particularly care to. I had never owned a Boxster and didn't particularly care to. A spot in my garage unfortunately became available after a loss of a car and a good friend of mine who had owned a couple of Spyders was always singing their praises as 'one of the greats'... The next weekend this car pops up at a dealer that I'd bought from before and it just looked 'right', so I bought it on a whim. I had never even driven a PDK car but due to my height I knew PDK was the only option for me with a 987.2 Spyder.

My car has the GT3 TB / IPD Plenum / Fabspeed headers / EVOMS tune mods so it sounds quite incredible and the PDK shifts are fun...

When the car arrived I was immediately smitten with it. I love it white. I love its red interior with white accents. I think the black wheels, Porsche script graphics, black mats and now the Pasha inserts tie everything together well.

And this is how I fell in love with my Spyder.

Bought it on a bit of a whim (had driven PDK a little - A modified Boxster was my only exposure to mid engines - hated convertibles ) and fell in love on the drive home.
Always loved the shape and the size is just right.
I have much faster cars but the shape of those humps and the noise and the feel - is second to none..... Truly one of the great drivers cars.
So much so that i have a 997TT Man - thats a peach.... I am thinking of keeping the Spyder over the 997.
