So it looks like 6 speed, no buckets, iron brakes, with radio and a/c. Upper $60s is probably pretty fair for both parties.

Obviously consider the full picture of the car. Does it have front PPF? Clean DME? Overall good condition? Service records? If so, I'd gladly pay more for the right example. If it's a bit rough around the edges, has paint work or needs paint work, then sure, I'd probably adjust my offer down a bit in which case low $60s could be reasonable. With the cars on BAT, add in the buyers premium to really get an idea of the final selling price of those cars and I often feel as if the cars on BAT go for more than they actually should. I also think many of the cars (not all) on PCarMarket go for less than they should, which is not to say PCarMarket is not a great place to sell a car. If you're looking to flip, I think I'd want it for less than $60k to be sure that you can make a solid profit on it after you pay sales tax. If you're looking for a car to keep and drive, nothing wrong with paying a bit more.

Assuming it has a clean car fax and has been well kept and maintained, I think low to mid 70's isn't out of the question for a 6 speed car no buckets. 21k miles is pretty low for a 12 year old car with an average of just 1750 miles per year. The market has been very strong, especially the last two years, for 987.2 Spyders and spring time brings out buyers for a car like this. Short of black swan events I don't see pricing for these dropping although I believe they have leveled off for now.
