My R came with black tips, but I always like a chrome tip look.

I briefly had those Fabspeed tips, thought they were really ugly and returned them. Whatever you end up with not those. They belong on a Subaru.

PSE cars came with the chrome tips. Non PSE cars came with black.

Nice to have that option! But if I was going to spend $500+ I’d probably just go for a full exhaust. We will see. I think I’ll put the PSE tips back on. May need your assistance!

Thanks, I didn't know that! I added PSE after I got my non PSE car a few years ago, so I may have a stealth PSE car with my black tips.

Got my Cayman R license plate frame all dial in! Looking great and accents the black trim bits.

For anyone looking for the carbon fiber Cayman R plate frame, it surprisingly looks like it's still available. I was very surprised they're still making it, I figured it would have been NLA after the Cayman R production run of cars.

You have an incredibly rare car. You have the only guards red, PCCB car at all (with 6 speed or PDK). Great looking.

Congrats on the R ...I was not looking for a red one when I got mine, but have fallen in love with the Guards Red more and more the last year. It really does suit the R very well.

I like my PSE tips, but thinking about having them powdercoated or ceramic coated black to tie in with the color-theme of the rest of the car. In the meantime, I'll have to give that Mother's polish a try.

One unique thing about your R is the black front aero splitters. I don't think that's factory, but it looks great. Enjoy your R!

You are correct. The previous owner had the front aero splitters painted black. I agree I think they look really nice and tie in nicely with the other black bits!
