Best bet is to go to the web site of the event organizer. I am pretty sure PCA requires arm restraints if the top is down.

I don't follow this section of the forum anymore, but I just happened to see this thread. Do not run at a track day with the roof on a spyder. Here is why:

There is flexing of the chassis under hard cornering. Eventually that flexing will BREAK the roof's metal rod. It happened to bensf and when the rod broke, it caused paint damage to the car.

Yikes, never heard of this before.Maybe I'll wait until I have the harness/arm restraints installed before doing a full HPDE.
