They fit with no changes at all. If you have another set of original center caps you can quickly try.
Thanks! I didn't want to pull my stock caps and put them on the aftermarket wheels in case the fit was such that they might unexpectedly pop out. Sounds like I'd be good to go though.

Regarding the full leather, if I am not mistaken, in my previous 997 the a pillar covers were in leather (boring plain leather and no visual pop - gosh I love this term).
But in my 987 they seem to be basic plastic, and I have the full leather.
Good to know that my rollhops covers are already in leather. I hadn't noticed them.

If you have full leather, your hoops should be leather. As mentioned, there is no visible stitching... here is a photo of mine:

Thanks for the pic!
Yes, they probably are (mine, I mean) but I never looked at them properly.
Have you seen that there is even the side belt covers in leather for the spyder?

The Spyder can be so personalized and I have done several mods to mine. Unfortunately with the new system I can not seem to get images to upload

Ah, let me take the occasion of reusing your pic.
Somebody could help me to find on the PET the code for this part? I fear it's probably together with the carpet below.

Do you have them uploaded anywhere else?

That's another piece that looks flimsy on our cars, this is a really nice solution.

Yes but it’s crazy expensive.
My problem now would be to replace the other part (the vertical plastic) since it was cut to fit the roll cage by the first owner.

So nice! I hope to see you on your (Berg) Spyder one of the numerous times I drive on the ring around Zurich between the airport and Winterthur.

Keep in mind that the standard replacement cost is over $600! Then you factory in the leather and labor... ($400).
It's a weird piece... it includes the Carpet and it's basically masked painted black plastic. Chips really easy... same as the door panel door pull panel.

UPDATE:
Scratch that... was looking at the other part you mentioned. My bad.

Damn... they are charging a lot for that part! Standard piece is $177... So they are up-charging $800 for leather... Ouch!

First of all, many thanks!
Second... Wow... They are crazy. I think I'll keep mine.

PS: cool! Bought them used for a good price.
But still I need the rennlister help. I have the usual PDF service manual but I was not able to find the section/page on how to replace them.
Does anybody has a hint for me?
