I use air pressure to pop the pistons out, it doesn't take much! Try to remove one at a time, put a block of wood between two of them, and use a small C-clamp to hold the third. The apply a bit of air pressure to pop the 4th out. Replace seal (make sure you put brake fluid on it first) and reinsert rebuilt piston. Then move on to the other 3.

I got the caliper from the place in CO, impressed that they can do overnight shipping. The prices is like dealer prices minus 3%. I guess it is the price for overnight shipping. I just hope my right rear isn't frozen!

RMeuropean has some good prices and are quick to ship. FCPeuro is more expensive, but you can send wear items back for their lifetime warranty; I'm about to send back a set of rotors and some wheel bearings.
