Default Relocating stock relay panel?

Ready to start stripping my interior and doing the wires. Looks like there are a couple of options for a power block/fuse panel from Jegs or Summit that should handle the various fuses, or I can re-use the factory box. I a not seeing much information as to whether the stock relay panel is getting moved, and if so where do you put it and how do you mount it? Can the stick relay panel be re-used? or is mounting it not really feasible so just pull unneeded relays and wires and leave it where it is?

Thanks!

IIRC, the only relay blocks I had left when I was done stripping the car was the fuel pump relay and the turn signal flasher. I zip-tied both of those under the dash. I bought a fuse panel from Summit and mounted it in the location of the passenger airbag.
