I wish it was something that the MTB had caused, but unfortunately its not. I almost died twice last year and am now going through complications related to that.

I will be back one day. I just can't predict when that is right now.

Getting old sux!

I'll wager that the scruts will not be all over my car like they were at NOLA when no one fast showed up!

Matt, ugh.

My memory's faulty. Was it...?

1. APS (Australian personality syndrome)
2. Chronic erectile dysfunction (I did not know that this was potentially life threatening)

Hang in there. Maybe PDK GTB1 is in your future?

Thanks for putting a smile on my face. I needed that....

Its a shoulder replacement now on the shoulder that was fixed last year. It was compromised when they where busy saving my life doing the stomach surgery and now its trying to eat itself alive and I can longer move it without significant pain. When they told me no driving manuals I wasn't surprised but dissapointed. I did a DE on the weekend in the wife's new 991.1 GT3 and was just happy to be on track again. Something that at the end of last year I wasn't sure I would get to do again.

That could cause a 4 hr problem. Luckily, my bad shoulder is the left. I can't turn a door **** with it but I can still drive. Is there anything in the rules that say the car has to be a left hand drive?

Sucks when you can't do the thing you love most. I saw the joy on your face at Lime Rock that afternoon. It was masking the pain, I know.
My guess, you'll be back with a vengeance in short order and be terrorizing the other drivers again in no time.
Best of luck to you...

When my daughter heads off to college next year -- I'll get to play with the big boys.

Got a taste at CoTA (home track) earlier this year and it was a blast!

It's going to be hard to pick and choose which road trips to take.

Bring your rain tires!

Edit: Just checked the roster and 4 SPBs dropped, we are now down to 8 :-(

Gibbons registered so we're up to 9. It's going to be fun rain or shine.

Quick question, do you have take the checkered flag in sprint 1 to get a qualifying time for sprint 2?

No - you just need to get your fast lap and you can come in and a DNF still qualifies you. However, you cannot get a DQ or you lose your fast lap.

But, as Chris will attest, and PCA has confirmed, none of this matters.

It doesn't matter as long as you don't call it qualifying? Still trying to determine what that is all about?

They're more like guidelines.
