I know there is a "GT3 justify ADM" mentality here but I have had 3 dealers this week reach out either vehicles in stock or allocations available and the previous 3 weeks have been a very similar. These dealers however are still sitting at around $20K-$25K ADM which is not a deal breaker but I've never paid ADM for any of my cars so not so sure the demand is still there at this price point as it previously was when this car was $180-$200K.
Has the 992.2 GT price ceiling begining to change the ADM? I do not recall one instance since 2022 that I saw GT3s at the lot as I have seen in 2026.
I think Germans being Europeans and intimately familiar with European history having a laugh at a repeat of Dutch Tulip Bubble (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulip_mania).
I posted this earlier, a dealer reached out to me recently who had 9 (NINE) 992 GT3s in stock of which 6 are 992.2. They are not selling even at marginal ADMs (winged cars are a hair over MSRP).
Dealers know whats coming, thats why they are calling you and me. Want to know whats coming? More cars, lot more of them. The Q4 2025-Q1 2026 production was the highest recorded GT3 production and those cars started showing up and lots of them have nowhere to go because they were flipper cars. Its only going to get worse (or better for buyers) as Porsche will make these cars well into end of 2028 for the US customers (and 1500 very lucky Europeans per year). And after that I am sure that Porsche will maintain this 4.0 liter in touring form for a lot longer keeping the RS brand more track focused turbo charged engine. They are really desperate for cash.
I am really happy for those of us who couldnt swing $400k for one of these.

.
Im still waiting for the dealer name. Patiently.
Because until then, this is just more internet bull.
I don't mind the discussion, but there are like 10 threads on this already. You don't even have to search. There is always one in the top 3 spots in the forum.OP has been on RL for 15 years and doesn't see the other 10 threads on this very topic? Maybe he joined at age 80...

There is an easy way to figure out whether its bull or not. Use auto trader or porsche finder and search for cars, youll see some dealers (and its not one or two but several) have many of these 992s in the lot.
You can do better, you can search in autotrader and see how long a car has been listed for by sorting the most recent one first and go to the end of the page and work your way up. Usually the cars that has been sitting for months are in the company of other cars like them in same dealer.
porsche finder will show you the msrp and you can see the asking price. There is no secret insider info here. Very little work needed.

Oh no, you have spoken against the sacred GT3s at ADM sect. You shall be banned.

Dont be so angry. My dad signed me up when I was 2 months old. Turned 15 last month!

So absolute bull then. You still cant name the dealer with this pricing. All new GT3 are listed on Porsche Finder at MSRP, but when you call the ADM is in place. CPO are at market price, none at MSRP on Porsche Finder.
I just bought a GT3. I searched among dealers all along the East Coast and Texas, I know the market rate because I was serious, had cash, and bought a GT3.
Its in for PPF right now.
