I've only got one build I would get if I traded mine for a newer 992. For me it is the build that ends all builds. But it is a high budget build. And sure the exterior color could change, but I find it sublime, sporty, aggressive, and refined.

That's a beautiful build. I've yet to see this color in person on a 992 – just the Taycan. From my vantage point the color is stunning and unique.

 

It looks like Chalk to me.

 

Has anyone compared Ice Grey Metallic to Dolomite Silver?

Chalk. SportDesign Package in High Gloss Black is a must on Chalk.


Chalk needs contrast.

Having owned a chalk car for 2+ years, I can tell you I've gotten more compliments on the color than any other car I've owned. And it's pretty easy to care for as well.

This escalated into a chalk thread quickly LOL . Good to hear about the compliments...these are both rare colors that deserve the appreciation.

I still think Ice Grey Metallic is slightly more attractive but haven't seen it in person or on a 911 build, yet. Guess I'm going to have to just buy one! Got my socal dealer down to 25k MA for an immediate build/Oct delivery.

 

Don’t believe there is a 911 with the color unless it was a PTS. They just added as a 2023 color for the 911. It was a Taycan color so you may be able to find one the see. may be ordering since Dolomite was discontinued.

 

I’ve spec’d it on a Targa Gts which arrives next week 😄

 

I saw this ice grey metallic at a local dealer and walked around it like 10x admiring the gorgeous metallic flakes. Stunner in person. And that was without any sunlight! I wish it was available when I ordered my car bc chalk looks so dull and brownish with any light. Chalk only looks good in shaded areas or at night to my eyes.
