Wheel Dynamics-Will they fit?
I've seen these GT3 replica wheels from Wheel Dynamics & think they'd look great on my '91 S4, but does anyone know whether these will fit?
I need to replace the tires on my D90's and think it might be time to try something a little different (while keeping the factory D90's of course).

Markpaul,
Rears should fit.
Fronts would only fit with ridiculously narrow tyres (215). Offset is all wrong so would adversely affect handling.

Talk to Eli there and see what options are available for the front offset. He works with the manufacturers to ge some things perfect. It's worth asking.

Can I hijack this thread and ask if these specs would fit nicely on an 86.5 ? And if so, what would be the widest tires I could use ?
F 18x8 offset 46
R 18x9 offset 50
Thanks

Also, I'm not sure about those GT3 replica wheels - real 997 GT3 wheels are 12" wide in the back - have a set on my wife's 997, unless Wheel Dynamics makes these for a Boxster / Cayman fitment, as that's usually what gets the 10" wide rear with that offset.

17 X 8.5 ET 56 with 225's. I'm probably going to sell these:

The question that always gets asked in wheel threads is "Will they fit?" whereas the question that should be asked is "Will they work as intended by Porsche?". The answer to the latter point is a resounding "No" . If you want to know why then Google NSR [Negative Scrub Radius].
For our 928's Porsche designed a brilliant suspension system that did not change throughout the life of the project and it was the forerunner for all modern Porsche suspension systems that as I am aware to date have not changed to any significant degree.
I have driven with front wheels at ET52 on 225 rubber and whereas the looks are excellent the performance was pitiful as I was concerned but then not everyone will be looking for the kind of performance I expect and consequently what does not work for me may well tick all the boxes you require [as is commonly the case]. I am all for upgrades where appropriate but "downgrades" get the "thumbs down" treatment from me. The reverse spokes I had looked superb but they were sold to a friend who had a real nice 993 and wanted to upgrade to 18 inch wheels.
