Up for sale is my 2014 Cayman

This car has been EXCELLENT and I have made several updates since getting it. Some are functional, some are cosmetic. I've tried to outline them thoroughly below. The car has 6 spd manual, sport chrono, PSE, X73 suspension, cargraphic sport headers and NO issues (to my knowledge). We purchased it last March and are only thinking about changing now b/c the wife wants to go in a different direction. Build sheet below (as well as window sticker). We are located near Tampa. I have attached the results from the PPI I had done last year by RAC Performace near Dallas. The only thing called out was tires should be replaced (ZERO overevs). Happy to do another PPI at interested party's expense. Here goes (pics below):

OEM Options:
6 speed
Sport seats plus
Sport Chrono
20 inch Carrera S wheels
PDLS
Sport design steering wheel
PPF on front of car
(and more - see below)

All upgrades (both performance and cosmetic were done within the last year)

Upgrades:

Local Porsche dealer installed OEM Porsche Sport Exhaust
Local Porsche dealer installed X73 OEM suspension
(four wheel alignment at this time)
Front tires were brand new as of last June (I believe - about 2k miles ago, if I had to guess? Still look new)
Rear tires JUST replaced last month I believe (less than 2-300 miles). They are all matching Michelin Pilot Sport 4S
Upgraded from base factory system (4 speakers 2x25 watt output) to 10 OEM Bose system speakers (I used OEM as I did not want any holes drilled - those mounted easily) power by a JL Audio 600 watt system
NaviPlus CarPlay/Android Auto integration (using factory system, looks/behaves stock - see photo below)

Cosmetic upgrades:
GT4 OEM side scoops mounted and painted by Porsche dealership
Calipers Powdercoated red by Porsche dealership (look OEM)
Front bumper inserts come painted body color normally (this was changed with the 2015 model which adopted the better black look), I upgraded them with OEM parts to the newer 2015 style
GTS rear valance installed
Chrome PSE tips
New interior door cards/panels replaced under warranty - if you know these cars you know that this can be an issue, my local dealership changed them even though it was slight). This is super expensive to get upgraded later

Additional info:
All work (oil changes) done by Porsche of Sarasota or Reeves Porsche in Tampa
Brake Fluid changed last year to Motul
There is an accident on the Carfax - it was in 2013, two months after car was driven off lot. I do NOT have pics of it. I used the PPI (even Hans from RAC Performance indicated to me that it was obvious the repairs were done correctly), the car's appearance, and my personal experience driving the car to decide it was still worth it. I also figured it was almost 5 years ago with no issues since. I have now had two local dealerships look at the car very closely (for X73 and PSE install) and say the car is in excellent shape. Please feel free to run your own carfax
I have all books and a window sticker but only one key

That's it. This is an EXTREMELY well sorted car. We are sad to see it go but want to get something else for the spouse. Let me know if you have any questions. Not in a rush to sell so please dont waste my time or yours with lowball offers.

As a current owner of a white 6sp manual 981 Cayman, I can say that this car is excellently sorted at a great price. This car should sell very quickly.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm in no rush to sell but, if the right buyer comes along I think they will get a great car. I responded to your PM, let me know if you have any other questions! - Dom

If it was a 3.4L S model, we would be talking.

Great looking 981 with all the right options. I wish it was a Boxster S. What’s the problem with the door cards? GLWS!

Sorry - missed this earlier today. The door cards tend to warp in the center; essentially they pull up. It’s easier to notice from outside looking in. The edges are no longer straight and bulge upwards in the middle. I was able to get them replaced under warranty as the alternative is nearly 2k per side! Do a search - you’ll find plenty of info on it (and people with varying degrees of success getting dealer to replace them under warranty). Thanks for the feedback! -Dom
