Mechanically it's great, drives awesome was just checked out at the Porsche dealer in town, clutch and RMS just replaced. Tires and brakes are OEM with good life left etc.

I don't get it either. Did another search on autotrader, there are four 997 C2S coupes with a manual transmission in the entire US that are less than 40K with under 60K miles. This one is probably the best optioned and cleanest with some major service big dollar items just done at the Porsche dealer.
