The good news is "ours" are continuing to climb in desirability and value! I hope this car sells at value, to a true collector and helps bump the value of other 996TT's like the beauties you and I now have "in the Garage".
Of course....Turbo's rule!

I could not own a 996TT and only put 3K miles on it! Those are some expensive miles considering the PO would've sold for obviously less than the current ask.

Owning and not getting to enjoy the thrills of driving one these 996 turbos would be a very difficult. They are addictive to experience. I love and will drive mine...
But...
There is a wide spread between the smart collector and an individual looking for the best price on the best driver he can find. He's right. This car isn't for him. To a true collector, by preserving this car, will probably see it double in value in the not too distant future.
Low mileage turbos are getting harder and harder to come by. This asking price shows where it's going. Almost any turbo 911 in reasonable condition will only appreciate. The nice ones, with under 40,000 miles, will really start to pop in desirability and value. This car needs to go to either a smart collector or the "who cares" wealthy. Wish I could be either one!

To me, a "collector 996" is an oxymoron.
I would take this over the 997 TT every day of the week. Even for the same money.

Well, lucky for you, a nice 35K mile 997TT and this particular 996TT sell for about the same money.

Guess you've found the car for you. And it's for sale! What are you waiting for?

This is like buying a new car ($106K CAD, kinda nuts), this minute this get driven at all it'll drop to normal 996 Turbo money. Buy a 30K mile one and don't take the 2nd new car depreciation hit, that said it is a pretty car!!

I'm not usually a fan of white cars, but this one is gorgeous.

wow super clean!

I chose a 996tt over a 997tt. And would still do so even if they cost the same.
Gotta love the haters.
