Period. And stop there. Yes, we all can ask what we want for our personal and real property.
All other pricing comments, especially in a sponsoring dealer's ad, is just poor etiquette. If you want to discuss pricing, I'd request someone start a thread in the appropriate discussion forum. Not in the classified ad.

I'm trying to figure out if this is the same car from last year:

I agree, there is a lot of stuff missing according to the build sheet and I am a potential buyer so that concerns me.

Interesting comment.
I think most of us are a bit surprised at the "new" market and unusually high prices just cause an emotional reaction of "is this the real value these days?".
Yeah....the real market is defined as to what a willing buyer will pay. We all get that.
We need a better structure in place to prevent all comments in classified sales. Keep the classifieds clean. Positive, negative or humorous.

We're a nice regular 997.2 GT3 (115k) over the price that PNHouston asked for a Riv/Mexico blue 3RS earlier this year. This one appears to be marginally nicer as they admitted the other one had some minor track use but has the market really moved that far in a few months?
Anyways -- my genuine offer is 200k and I'll buy the yellow seat belts it's missing myself.
