We have this lovely 991 Turbo S up for sale, and it has quite the unique interior package. Personally, I've never seen a Mahogany interior until now, and I've found it to be quite attractive.
Does anyone else have a Mahogany spec'd interior that they could share some pictures of? I'd love to see some more configurations, and hear general thoughts about it as well.
I have mahogany in my 15 TTS and I love it. It's an all black interior and I think carbon fiber would have been lost in all the black. It also makes it unique because you don't see it very often.
Looks like the carpet is only one tone, but they added Espresso floor mats to give it some contrast.
I have Espresso/Cognac interior with deviated carpets in Espresso, and it looks quite different from the photos above.
Dennis i'd love to see some pictures of that, any chance you could post some up?

Jim I am loving how the Mahogany reflects some red from your paint, it looks fantastic!
I might be a wee-bit old-school. But I like wood trim. I have it in all three Porsche's we have. Even my Volvo V60, my MX-5 and my Chevy 2500HD Pick-Up have some wood in the interior. Come to think of it even my two boats also, one power, one sail have wood. The only vehicles with no wood are my two 1976 Honda GL-1000 GoldWings.
One Porsche wood trim option I get a kick out of is the wood trim on the shift-****. It is a 750 dollar (CDN) tick-box for two small pieces of wood about the size of a silver dollar. So I think a good money maker for Porsche
I have same interior but CF instead of wood, and alcantra wheel.
I swapped out armrest for for raise arm rest same color as dash from Suncoast, look way better!
Out of country at the moment otherwise i would post pics!
In my biased opinion, this interior makes the car. Black interiors are just meh. You can have 'em.
Pat
Pat your car takes the win in my book. Stunning combination, and those are some nicely taken pictures as well that show it off I might add haha

I like on how smooth your dark carpets go together and make the leather pop

To the OP, Nice Car.
I have a bit of a soft spot for MX-5s, even more so with wood trim! I'd love to see a picture of it Those Gullwings from 1988-2000 have some nice wood options.
Also just checked out those little wood trim bits on the shifter, crazy they have such a sticker price haha.
