Default Oil seeping from rims

I have oil seeping from around my tire rims that splashes back on my doors and quarter panels. It won't wash off and I have to use a polish to remove it. My car is 3 months old. Dealer said it was tire shine product but it's not as you can see the oil around the tire beads. What is this?

That's the latest Porsche rim lubricant, which must be renewed at exclusive dealers every 6 months.

The dealer is probably right. An over enthusiastic detailer may have been too generous the tire dressing. Wash the tires with a good soap designed for tires and see if that solves your problem.

Probably water and brake dust running off to look like oil. Its particularly an issue after the first rains in a while on a car that hasn't been washed.

Oil based tire shine most likely. Stuff slings onto paint and turns wheels brown. Remove with APC and brush. Reapply water based product.
