Default Front drop link orientation

I need the list members to help me with the correct orientation for the front swaybar drop links.

One removed them and did not note which end was up. One has the head angled, where as the other head is directly inline with the shaft.

Which end mounts to the sway bar?

Thanks. Nearing the end of my motor mount install

Bottom sway bar head is straight, and the top head is tilted forward slightly.

Can they actually be fitted the wrong way round as a matter of interest?

Thanks Dave, that aligns to what I can see in the PET diagram. From what I can tell, the PO of my car had one of them upside-down.

Glad I checked.

You might find this doc helpful when you put things back together. I found a PO had put an 8.8 grade bolt in where a 10.9 grade is required. The bolt was almost stripped when I took it out. Could have collapsed my suspension at any moment. I didn't think my PO's were too bad until I started my oil pan/ rod bearing job. Now I'm finding evidence of dumb****ery here and there.
