Not sure what a 2001 with 10k miles is doing on eBay and not Mecum. That's an amazing car.

I am genuinely curious. What is it about supple leather that you dislike? What makes regular leather better for you?

So a two year older car is overpriced in the high 50s low 60s

How do you know it will go for less.? We have seen low milage cars go for more at auction.

I think supple leather looks more at home in a big luxury car like a Cadillac or a Lexus. I think perf leather looks more sporty. When I see a 996 with supple leather I instantly think it looks 30% more boring.

What I have posted in my last post was a newer version with 12k miles for sale. This was just to show a comparison to the price of the one in question. Im commenting on the mkt value. The one in my post is not an auction car but an outright sale. I guarantee no one will pay asking in the outright sale. So yes, the one in my post referencing the newer version will go for less!
If somene pays that price listed in the auction they are paying way above the mkt value.

What would you pay for it? I own a 997TT and this would be for my father (loves the 996 body more than 997 and 991)..

Dealer asking $67k but could not swallow that much for a 996TT, after taxes/registration you are looking at a clean 997TT $$$$..

Anyone have any history on this car?
This car shows deal pending pn the Abreu website and the Ebay auction was ended. Buy it now was $67,895.

That being said I will sell my 2001 Lapis Blue/Natural Tan, 6 Speed, with 24,000 miles, mint condition for $65,000 right now. Jeez I have never seen the 996TT mark on fire like this! PM if you want my car I already have a F355 in mind!

Cheers, Mat

Same dealer has a 2003 X50 6 speed car with 12k miles currently on eBay at $60k (reserve not met). No price listed on their website, but I'd guess it to be similar the 2001.
