Need your help, whats this 996TT worth?
Very interested in this turbo on ebay.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2001-Porsche...53.m1438.l2649
What would you pay for it? I own a 997TT and this would be for my father (loves the 996 body more than 997 and 991)..
Dealer asking $67k but could not swallow that much for a 996TT, after taxes/registration you are looking at a clean 997TT $$$$..
Anyone have any history on this car?

I'd say that's well worth the mid-60s ask. Nicely optioned, very low miles, sought after Guards Red, no interior option crimes. I hate chrome so not big on the wheels but that's a personal thing.

Nice car and color combo. The red floor mats look out of place but thats a non-issue. If that is the car he likes and plans on keeping it, $60k is a fair price. Try to find another one - there aren't many left with those miles.

points off for no x50, supple leather, and pre-2002 . Also not a fan of the wheels.
Its spring time so prices are going up, its a rare color, it's low miles, it looks to be very clean (but be careful, detailers these days can make charcoal briquettes shine).
In a cash sale where the guy didn't need to pay eBay I'd say 48-50k.

I suppose it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. The one that sold at Amelia island is proof that some people are OK overpaying for these cars.
This combo may be someone's unicorn, I can see coming up to 55 but not any higher, 67k for anything that is not a 911-Al exclusive is insane.

Sold my 2001 midnight blue-graphite with 13k miles one year ago for 52k. I don't care for red or the supple and chrome wheels, that said if it checks out its worth 60k if it really fits the buyers liking. Nice to see prices rising= I always said they would.

With that super low mileage it is worth high 50s.

Why is supple leather a negative?

Go on pelican and do a forum search for abreu.
Also, be very careful paying a big premium for low miles. A stupid or careless guy can **** a car up real bad in far less than 10k miles.
If your dad just wants a nice driver and wouldn't mind a boring color, I'd pass on this one and buy a well documented car with 5 x miles at 2/3 of the price.

Yup 52k is the number. Heres 2003 with 12k miles asking $64,995. It will go for less.
So a two year older car is overpriced in the high 50s low 60s
