I have no longer the logo on my key...
I'd like to buy a new one, black and yellow, like the current Porsche logo

I have found 2 logo :

99663744300 ( good color but it doesn't fit with the key they say... )



94453844300 ( grey and black but it fit the key... )




I'd like to have a good color that fits well, do you know where I can get it ?

Yes but it is more expensive and the case is great, I just wanna get the logo for a few bucks...

 

I didn't even know you can get replacements. or get something cool like a 917 key.

 

The colored crest for the 944 key is part# 944 538 443 00 according to PET

That's for a 996, it doesn't fit a 944 key. The picture they used on that auction is generic...ask me how I know?

Are you sure? Just tried to look up the PN in PET and it wasn't found.

 

Actually you are correct, I've amended my post accordingly. The part number is 944 538 443 00 according to PET. I think this is the correct one on UK eBay: PORSCHE 911 930 964 993 944 968 924 928 COULORED EMBLEM CREST KEY HEAD GENUINE

 

But the 944 538 443 00 SHOULD BE WHITE AND BLACK !

 

I don't know if this may have changed over the years but the 86 I bought new, so I know it's not been messed with, came with a colored logo. I posted a picture of that original key above ^^^ together with my 1999 996 key, which I also bought new and which does have a white and black logo.

 

This statement is hilarious in all caps.

Anyway, I've ordered 944 538 443 00 before and can attest it's silver and black in color. The 944/968 PETs don't contain a part number for a colored crest.

You're just going to have to bite the bullet and order a new key head. On the plus side, the new replacements have an LED bulb (very bright!) and use a normal watch battery now instead of that goofy euro battery.

 

This is my guess, 944 538 443 00 used to be colored but at some point they changed to black & white and didn't change the part number.
