Hope you are well my friend
That's high praise for the least expensive one of the bunch. I still have mine and enjoying it immensely.

Let's hope you get the .2, I'm after one as well.

in general, mkt is softening. so go out and buy the cars.

buyers are waiting for the next RS. let me be frank, if you didnt get the .1RS at msrp, it's is VERY VERY UNLIKELY you will get .2RS at msrp. and the premium will only be higher than the .1RS at it's peak. unless econ blows up.

next RS is over 12 months away.....
if one can wait for 12 months for a toy, they he really doesnt want that toy....

beanie babies were selling over msrp. i have a lot of them. today they are cheap. see if your kids want any beanie babies today....

Regarding beanie babies a guy down the street from our old house sold them out of his garage. I would see people lined up in his driveway on weekends. Crazy crowds. Then one day he was there all alone. The people stopping coming like a light switch turning off.

This forum is worse than having dinner with William Devane trying to sell me silver and gold. The world is ending...you guys are too much.

I'm glad I don't spend too much time here otherwise I would think RS's are worth .10 on the dollar and a recession is around the corner all of the time.

Gotta love forums...

because mooty stopped buying the day before. same will happen with RS when he stops buying. but like the says, if you can wait that long you never really wanted RS...

i have oooh.... over 100 of those.....

like RS or GT3. buy to enjoy
the rest is irrelevant.

I always like to read this thread immediately after getting out of a drive in the RS. Increases the entertainment value......

Find a reasonable deal on a .1 RS and enjoy the hell out of it now. It will be a good while before mortals see a .2 RS and the .1 is an amazing vehicle. Just got back from the Smokies and the RS was perfect.

Funny thing about RS. The older they get, the fewer seem to be available.

Cars.com:

997.1 RS - 4
997.2 RS - 18
991.1 RS - 45

All above MSRP - at least until the next recession, at which point most will be too worried about finances to jump.

And don't even bother looking at 964 and 993 RS prices and availability....

Agree. Wrapping up a deal on one from a friend who warehoused his .1 RS.

Will it be over sticker. Yep.
Am I happy about it. No.
Do I care at the end of the day. HELL NO.

On list for .2 and what is a few extra grand vs sitting on sideline.

With all of the 'exotics' I blew through, wasted/lost that money and the whole time was thinking about why the hell I sold GT3 (not to mention buying GT3RS)...yep, I'm happy to bend over a little.

It's a lot less than buying more cars I'll be unhappy with.

And that's that
