Default Custom Exhaust

I am finally getting excited to have my car back. Its been in the shop having the motor removed, Sharkwerks coolant line fix, and then having a custom set of headers made with a side muffler delete design. I had a set of HF 200 cell cats welded in place to help with emissions here in the City of Atlanta. The exhaust is finally completed and tuning with the Cobb Accessport will begin Monday. Hopefully it all comes together and sounds great and flows well.

Unfortunately when we took my stock center muffler off a few months ago for a bypass, they broke several of the studs. I had a friend with a 2016 RS take off sitting in his shop, brand new. So thats whats on the car. Fluids were going back into the car late Friday and the dyno tuning will be Monday and Tuesday so we will see what it sounds like then. I will ask them to make a clip. No flaps on this set up. I never drove the car without sport mode, so I didn't see the need.

Cool - look forward to it. The reason why I ask about the flaps is because the car side mufflers do a lot to reduce drone and volume even when you bypass them. If using the stock center section, try to reinforce it to prevent splitting especially. Not sure if the 991 section is stronger.

Looks good! Nice to see those Burns merge collectors, very good quality! We use those on our new 991 GT3/RS Long Tube Race Headers.

A shop here in Atlanta area called TopSpeed Motorsports. Tuning it today on the dyno - picking it up tomorrow if all goes well.
