You can if you get the LEDs. Tinted tail lights are available though. There is also standard tinting when you select PDLS. See pictures before and after PDLS is selected below:

You want the seat backs in leather....They come with deviated stitching....the silver plastic backs really looks cheap
I agree the silver backed seats don't look good either. However, I got the Bordeux/Black full leather with four-way seats. Those seats are covered on the back.
Did you intentionally order the standard sport seats, as opposed to the 4-way Sport Seats Plus? I think the Plus version has something like a $440 option cost. The Plus version has slightly deeper and narrower side bolsters, as well as a hard back. These were standard on the 991.1 GTS. I like them, but some guys feel they are too constricting.
Curious what the weight difference is between this car and a C4 GTS with a manual tranny? Agree that lightness is always better. Also the Carrera S wheels are now a $1500 option?

I wish that was an option. I really didn't want AWD but that was the only way I could get the wide body at my price point. I didn't want the extra weight either but the wide hips are something that I really wanted. I'm getting the C4 only because of the fender flares.

Yes. I have the same seats in my 981 Boxster S (except they are two way electric). My wife doesn't know how to drive a manual (I intend to keep it that way... ) so I am the only driver. No need for memory and the 981 seats are just fine. I also don't want the extra weight of all those motors which I would never adjust anyway.

Yes the cost of the Carrera S wheels are that much. Obviously they come standard on the S which I didn't get so I forked out for them. That is the only way you can get the black wheels which I wanted (another $1200 on top of that BTW)

I thought about this a lot. The GTS is at the same price point as my C4 build without the full leather, sunroof, Bose, LCA, colored seat belts, ventilated and heated seats, heated steering wheel etc. I would give up all of those if I got a GTS stripper. Needed to draw the line somewhere and I wouldn't have been able to get a 5% discount on a GTS European delivery. This is a commuter car for me so I needed it to be functional with ground clearance and all the nice interior things stated above. Gotta draw the line somewhere....and I am keeping my 2014 981BS for the fun weekend car so expenses matter. Life could be worse.

Yes it should be amazing.I was bummed about no Zuffenhausen (my father is from Achern, only an hour away. Then bummed about the summer closure which forced a reschedule and it wasn't cheap. But this partly makes up for it. I cannot wait to see this targa in fashion grey with houndstooth seats. My bank account will feel the hit but you can't take it with you right?
